Isabelle Marchand brings extensive leadership experience from top‑tier global institutions to her role as Chief Executive Officer of EL Engineering Industrial Holdings.
Prior to joining EL Engineering Industrial Holdings, she served as a Partner at Ardian, where she led strategic initiatives across European private equity.
Earlier in her career, she was Head of M&A for Lazard France, overseeing complex cross‑border transactions in the consumer and healthcare sectors.
She holds an MBA from INSEAD and is based in Paris. Isabelle is recognised for her expertise in international dealmaking, strategic transformation, and institutional investor relations.
